Specialty Description
Children & Young people’s podiatrists have specialist knowledge of the foot and lower limb development, gait and conditions that can affect mobility, posture and participation in everyday activities. We work closely with children and young people, their families and other health and education professionals to support optimal foot health and development.
Our aim is to help each child reach their full potential by identifying and managing any lower limb or foot problems that may impact comfort, movement or function. We provide both general information to promote healthy feet as well as specialist assessment and management for individual children and young people when needed.
